All of us here at Don Carlton Honda want to extend our deepest compassion for those affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19).  We have been following the issue closely and have taken precautionary measures at the dealership to help ensure that our visitors and employees are being protected from the spread of germs.


To this point, we have initiated numerous protocols beyond the normal steps we take during the flu season. 


Here at Don Carlton Honda we have put in place:

 

  • We have installed many hand-sanitizing stations throughout the dealership to allow visitors and personnel to clean their hands more frequently.
  • We have increased the frequency of disinfecting high-volume, high-touch areas, including all common areas, workstations, product displays, and all other hygiene areas.
  • Our staff is required to engage in good hygiene by frequently washing their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • We are following guidelines from numerous agencies, including the health departments at the city, state and federal levels to make sure we receive the latest updates and protocols
  • We have distributed critical information to key staff members to help prevent communicable sicknesses throughout this dealership.
  • Our showroom offices and demo vehicles are disinfected and cleaned throughout the day.  These measures include the use of disinfectant cleaning agents and increased frequency   
  • Ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy, and having all employees to stay home if they are experiencing systems


The health and safety of our customers and our employees have always been a top priority here at Don Carlton Honda.  Now, more than ever, we are committed to maintaining a safe environment for everyone who walks through our doors.


We are prepared to navigate these challenging circumstances with everyone's safety in mind.
